The Unfettered Yoga Team

Sarah Meyer

Yoga Instructor

Born and raised in Sonoma County, CA, Sarah Meyer is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher. Through her advanced yoga training at Kranti Yoga School in Goa, India, and Authentic Movements in Costa Rica, as well as years of teaching and personal practice, Sarah has developed a unique style of movement which incorporates traditional yogic principles, while also appealing to the modern body’s need for movement and mobility. Yoga has not only taught Sarah to love and respect the ways in which the mind and body connect, but it has also taught her the importance of preserving and sustaining the natural world in which we live. Her hope is that by connecting more deeply to the needs of our minds and bodies on our yoga mats, we can cultivate a more intentional, mindful and sustainable life off our mats as well. She is so excited to share her love of yoga and sustainability in the Unfettered Yoga Series and can’t wait to meet you on the mat!

Larkin Gayl

Founder, Unfettered Home

As an educator for the past 20 years, Larkin Gayl has done more than teach her students how to wrangle 5 paragraph essays. She received not one, but two degrees in the field of Ecopsychology (Yes, that’s a thing), which has led her to continuously dive deeper into the study of our human/nature relationship. Through her lifestyle company, Unfettered Home, she designs green products and teaches her audience how to reduce waste and lighten footprints while still enjoying life’s pleasures. Her favorite topics include decluttering and minimizing, making DIY health, beauty and cleaning products, practicing conscious consumerism, and raising sustainably-minded kids. A yogi since 1993, she is thrilled to combine her two deepest passions in the Unfettered Yoga Series.
